Inscription Obligatoire : cliquez ici  François VOLPI Vice Président Human Resources Rio Tinto Group Francois Volpi was appointed global head of talent management, learning and people development. Previously he held the position of vice president, people and organisation support - EMEA and Americas. Prior to joining Rio Tinto in 2008, Mr Volpi previously worked within the pharmaceutical, oil and high tech industries, including for Zenith and Hewlett Packard, and at Alliance Boots - where he was group HR director. In the last five years he has mainly been involved in M&A and restructuring at a global level. Mr Volpi has worked in the UK, the US, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore and West Africa. He holds a MS in mechanical engineering, a MS in Economics and a MBA from IAE Aix Graduate School of Management and INSEAD-Fontainebleau   Maurice SAIAS Professor IAE Aix Graduate School of Management PhD and Agregation in Economics, is professor of Strategy at the IAE Aix Graduate School of Management, where he previously served as dean. His doctoral work was for UCLA's Graduate School of Management, where he has held teaching appointments. 
Professor Saias is a regular member of the Executive Education faculty for Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Duke CE, Skolkovo School of Management, and CDI (Collège des Ingénieurs). He has been teaching at INSEAD from 1966 to 2000. He is actively involved in executive education programs in America, Europe and Asia. Prof. Saias has been active in program design and delivery for Barclays Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, Allied-Signal, Phillips N.V., Bertelsmann, Hewlett-Packard, Mercedes-Benz, IBM, Alcatel, ABB, Honeywell, Lafarge, Schneider, B.A.T., P.T., Rolls-Royce... Appointed by The Financial Times as one of the 10 leading strategy gurus in Europe, Professor Saias is a provocative, challenging, and entertaining educator.
